Lubrication is very important when giving your husband a great hand job. You must remember that you’re handling an essential part of your husband. Using inadequate or the wrong lube could make a less pleasurable experience for him and leave his penis feeling raw.

Best Type of Hand Job Lube?
- Recommended: Water-based lube is the most common type for a hand job. Everyone has their favorite brand, so try out a few and stay with the one you like the most.
- Silicone-based lube is excellent too. It’s very slick and lasts forever. It’s great for hand jobs underwater.
- Coconut oil is also a great organic option. It’s all-natural, smells good, is edible, and feels great! You can purchase it at any supermarket and never be “caught” buying lube.
- Warming and cooling lube. Spice things up with a little warming or cooling sensation during your hand job.
- Flavored lube is also great for mixing your hand job with a little oral sex.
What type of lube to stay away from?
- Although it’s used often, we suggest avoiding using your saliva as lube for a handjob. Handjobs can take time and use up a lot of lube. Your mouth has a limited supply of saliva. It’s better to have a large bottle of lube on hand.
- Very thick “lubes” like Petroleum Jelly are unsuitable for hand jobs. The thick dry feeling of these substances doesn’t feel good to most men.
Sexy Tip: Don’t forget to give your husband a great view of your breasts while giving him a handjob. Wear a sexy top or nothing at all! He’ll really appreciate that.

Will shea butter also be a good lubricant for hand jobs?
Marriage Bed Tips says
I don’t know. If it melts down at a low temperature like coconut oil, then maybe.
Venus says
Oh you’re never tried it. I use shea butter to moisturize my hands and from my experience it quickly melts as a result of the body’s temperature. It becomes oily when melted. I find it to be a good moisturizer but I’m not sure how effective it would be as a lubricant for hand jobs.
Marriage Bed Tips says
Try using it, and let us know how it worked.

My wife uses coconut oil for handjobs because much of the time she will take me in her mouth to end it and coconut oil is natural and can be used internally, externally and eaten as well and she likes the taste and states the taste makes it easier to swallow my load

I have also found, if you’re not going to be switching to vaginal intercourse, that baby oil gel is a great handjob lube.
Rob says
Coconut oil is probably the best hand job lube. It can be used vaginally and anally as well. Edible product with no downside. Stays pliable a long time. I find it works best.

We buy good quality water based lube by the half gallon. My wife typically will apply 1/8 of a cup at a time with a towel under us! Lage amounts of lube is so exciting and feels great! She rubs it up and down my pelvis legs belly, and of course liberal amounts on my penis! My wife is aggressive with hand jobs, and knows this drives me wild! Adding extra lube, (actually more than necessary) turns up the sensation on my penis much higher than with typical small applications. Once her hands finally make me ejaculate, WOW! This is a must try!
