The position of you and your spouse’s body while giving and receiving cunnilingus is important. This guide explains why and what positions are best for giving and receiving great cunnilingus.
In order to give and receive great cunnilingus, both spouses need to be in a good position so that he can comfortably apply persistent, rhythmic pressure over a long period of time while she relaxes into the pure bliss of receiving great cunnilingus.
Her Body
- She should be completely at ease, relaxed, and able to focus solely on the pleasure she’s about to receive from her husband without any distraction – physical or mental.
- She should lay flat on her back, legs spread comfortably apart, but not too far (six to nine inches is plenty) with her knees bent a little. Her legs should be closer together than farther apart so she has full command of her pelvic muscles.
- Place a few comfortable pillows under her neck and shoulders. This will make it easier for her to keep her back straight and genitals tilted slightly up.
- A pillow or small wedge placed under her butt will help with blood flow to her pelvis, as well as offer better access for her husband.
His Body
It’s important that you have enough space to stretch out and be comfortable. If you’re giving her cunnilingus in bed, she might want to have her head near the headboard at a corner of the bed to give you the most room. Cunnilingus on the floor is great too; just make sure you’re on a soft rug or thick carpet.
- Your body should be aligned with hers and resemble a straight line.
- Place a pillow under your forearms to get your arms and hands as comfortable and close as possible to her vulva.
- All in all, you should feel perfectly at ease performing a wide range of motions: licking for long periods of time, sliding your hands under her butt, lifting her legs and rocking her back and forth, placing your hands on her stomach, and turning her body from side to side.
- Your face should easily get “in there” so your nose is slightly buried in her mound, with your upper lip resting against the front edge of her pubic bone.
- Your tongue should easily be able to rest against her vagina entrance and cover her entire vulva. It needs to be able to have a full range of motion: from long vigorous licks to deft persistent flicks.
- All in all, you should be completely involved with her vulva; on top of it, buried in it: face, mouth, nose, gums, teeth, and of course tongue.
