Twist and Shout Handjob Technique

Twist and Shout is a handjob technique that uses a combination of twisting and straight motions to alternate between the penis head and shaft stimulation.

Getting Into Position

1. Sit beside your husband while he lays in bed so that your dominant hand reaches his penis and your elbow is near his chest.
2. Apply lube to his penis and make a few long strokes from top-to-bottom to spread it around.

How It’s Done

1. Start by pointing his penis up, and then cup the head with the palm of your hand.
2. Make a back-and-forth twisting motion over the head with the palm of your hand several times. Let the tips of your fingers glide over the shaft of his penis while you’re making the twisting motion.
3. Next, wrap your hand around the head and top of his shaft and then make a few up-and-down strokes from the top to bottom of his penis.
4. Transition back to a twisting motion just on his head. You can use the palm of your hand or wrap your hand around the head and twist.
5. Go back and forth between twisting over the head and stroking the shaft, and you’ll have him shouting for more in no time!

Additional Stimulation

• Testicle Stimulation: Cup his testicles with your free hand and gently roll his balls around or press a small vibrator against them for lots of additional stimulation.
